Instant Pot® Finishing Salt

8 ounces kosher salt 2 cups filtered water

Saute setting, bring to boil or until salt dissolves. Slow cook "low," lid off, do not disturb. About 1 hour crystals will start to form. After about 3 hours, "pile of wet salt," remove to paper towels to dry.
